Charlie Aitken

Charlie is a Southern Cross Equities' Executive Director and head of Dealing.

Southern Cross turns over in excess of $10 billion per annum for its long time institutional and professional investor client base.

Charlie and his team are therefore trusted by some of the country's most successful institutions and business people to handle their trading decisions His track record speaks for itself. He has been consistently ranked in the top three dealers in Australia.

Charlie has spent more than 15 years working in the equities market, more recently providing leadership and market commentary through Under the Southern Cross.

Originally only available to clients of Southern Cross Equities, Under The Southern Cross has grown organically as word of its insights have spread among the trading and investing community.

Angus Aitken

Angus has 10 years experience in Institutional Stockbroking, dealing with local and international institutions.

Angus co-manages the Institutional Dealing Team with his brother Charlie. His tertiary qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce and postgraduate industry qualifications.

James Unger

James' focus is on servicing Southern Cross Equities' international clients.

He has over 14 years experience in the capital markets in Australia and overseas. James spent five years in London servicing clients in the UK and Europe with a focus on companies with specialist mining mandates.

James has held a range of roles within major international stockbroking firms including Director of Global Markets. James is the Editor of our resource dedicated publication "Resources Roundup".

Steve Allerton

Steve has a distinguished stockbroking career spanning over 30 years. In that time, he has worked with major international broking houses, holding senior positions including Director and Senior Institutional Dealer.
